At SK Cables, we are committed to delivering quality products. In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a free repair or replacement.
Steps to Raise a Return Request:
1. Inform us within 10 days of receiving the product.
2. Reach out to us via:

Replacement Process:
• For order value within one lakh. Please including a video file of unpacking to ensure product damage on receipt in the presence of delivery representative.
• For order value above one lakh. Always add note in LR/Docket from the delivery representative “Acceptance is subject to verification in one week time” however unpacking video is mandatory for replacement
• You’ll need to send the defective item back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll send a replacement within 7–10 days.

Return Procedure at a Glance:

• You can cancel your order before it's accepted by us.
• A 2% cancellation fee will apply.
• Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
